Jodi shares with us an absolutely beautiful engagement session with cute couple Melissa, Andrew and their super handsome pet Doberman, Seb! Whimsical creamy color tones, plenty of sunshine and lots of romance...

We hand over to Jodi who tells us more about her session with Melissa, Andrew & Seb...

"We met Melissa, Andrew, and their doberman, Seb, at Glen Echo Park in Maryland. Melissa & Andrew wanted to bring along Seb to their engagement, as he is such a huge part of their lives. They got Seb as a puppy and he was such a ham in front of the camera! Melissa & Andrew described Seb as "a fantastic dog and great companion. He exudes love for everyone, typically manifesting itself through puppy-kisses with his long tongue. His favorite times of the day are when we come home from work and dinner time. He's intelligent and energetic and is willing to play whenever you want. He also listens very well...when he wants to."

Engagement & Pet Session - Mary Maier Photography

It is wonderful to be able to introduce you to a Pet Photographer who is new to the Itty Bitty & Fluffy blog today - Mary Maier Photography! Mary captured this lovely engagement session recently for Heather & Pete and their giant fur Baby, Palmer the Great Dane! He is just magnificent, with merle markings and a very happy, playful disposition...

We hand over to Mary who tells us more about this lovely Engagement session...

"When Heather and Pete planned their engagement session, they knew they wanted their Great Dane, Palmer, to be a part of it. As a puppy, Palmer would run around and look for squirrels in the sculpture garden of the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts in Richmond, Virginia. Although he is now fully grown at 150 pounds, he still enjoys the museum grounds by bouncing around after squirrels and finding sticks to chew on! Heather and Pete have raised Palmer from a puppy and they knew this would be the perfect location to have their engagement shoot together as a family!"

Engagement & Pet Session - Thomas Pitera Photography

We are proud to share with you this lovely engagement session today by Thomas Pitera Photography. Starring Jay, Kristen and their cute little pet dog Toby! Here's what Thomas Pitera Photography had to say about their session together...

"Jay and Kristen have had Toby since he was a puppy! He's a purebred Shiba Inu, and he's just over a year old now. He's incredibly sweet and inquisitive, and he has a tendency to want to munch on everything in sight. He loves going on walks and exploring the neighborhood."

"Being in Florida, we're always at the mercy of the weather. The first day we scheduled Jay and Kristen's engagement session, we had to postpone because it was raining and because Kristen was still multi-colored from a color run she had participated in that morning! We re-scheduled for the following weekend, but we were still worried about the weather holding out. We went to Jay and Kristen's neighborhood and hoped for the best! It was windy and drizzled on occasion, but we all stuck it out. We're so glad we did because despite the gloomy, overcast skies, we got some really fantastic shots of the happy couple, who will be getting married in Key West this December!"

Engagement & Pet Session - V.A. Photography

Ashley of V.A.Photography sent us this lovely engagement session with cute couple Lilly & Phillip and starring their adorable little Dachshund the Darcey! We love that it is becoming more and more popular to include pet dogs' in both engagement sessions and weddings as they are such a big part of a couple's lives and that is exactly why Lilly and Phillip wanted to include little Darcey in theirs.

Ashley tells us more about their session together...

"Philip and Lilly rescued her right after Hurricane Katrina. They adopted her and she quickly became a part of the family. She is such a lovable dog and even has her own hashtag on Twitter and Instagram. haha. She is the apple of her mommy and dad's eye. That is why they included her in their engagement session."

 "Their session was shot in the neighborhood Philip grew up in. As well as incorporating "the Darcey" into their shoot, they also added a touch of Disney (the place they will tie the knot later this month). I loved working with these three and I hope you enjoy their session as much as I do."
